Ingredients

2 oz bourbon

¾ oz fresh lemon juice

¾ oz simple syrup

Maraschino cherry, optional (for serving)

Orange peel, optional (for serving)

Instruction

1. Combine the bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Strain the liquid over a small glass filled with ice.

2. Optional garnish of an orange wheel and/or maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
