Vietnamese Pizza was another viral online trend that I had to try out. I was pleasantly surprised, and you will be too!

Ingredients

1 sheet rice paper

1 egg, lightly beaten

1 tsp green onions, sliced

1 tsp chili crisp

Ground seasoned pork, pork floss, or crispy bacon (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large saute pan on low heat with no oil, add in one rice paper. Add your lightly beaten egg on top in the middle and work to spread it out to the edges.

  2. Add in the green onions and your protein of choice, making sure the egg fully cooks and the rice paper crisps up nicely.

  3. When the above is ready, use a spatula and fold it up like a quesadilla (optional). Top with any extra pork floss, green onions, and/or sriracha and mayo. Enjoy!
