Simple, quick, and flavor packed elevated noodles. The secret to this recipe is the type of noodle which you can buy at your local Chinese market.

Ingredients

2 bunches of instant noodles

4 tbs of peanut butter

2 tbs of chinkiang vinegar

2 tsp soy sauce

2 tbs of chili oil

5-6 cloves of garlic, diced and fried

Green onions, for garnish

Procedure

  1. In a large bowl combine peanut butter, vinegar, chili oil and soy sauce.

  2. In a pot, cook the noodles according to the package, or to your preference. Using tongs move the noodles directly from the pot to the bowl. Toss and mix well until the noodles are evenly coated. You can add a splash of the water if the sauce is too thick.

  3. In a small pan, use vegetable oil and fry the garlic bits until golden and crispy.

  4. Garnish
