Smoked Salmon Dip

This dip is salmon heavy, and is perfect to pair with your favorite crackers.

Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayo
1 tbs lemon juice
¼ tsp tabasco
~5 oz smoked salmon, roughly broken up
2 tbs dill, finely chopped
2 tbs chives, finely chopped
2 tbs capers, strained (optional)
Salt, to taste
Instructions
Combine the 5 first ingredients in a food processor and mix until really well blended.
Add in the salmon, dill, and chives and rough chop in the processor. If you are a fan of capers, add in at this step.
Taste for seasoning, and plate.
Serve with crackers, bagels, and toast of your choosing.
