Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Cook Time: 20-30 min


Season with your favorite spices & herbs, and bake!

Ingredients

1 cup raw pumpkin seeds

1 tbs olive oil

½ tsp salt

⅛ tsp ground pepper

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp paprika

¼ tsp cumin

¼ tsp herbs de provence


Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Clean the pumpkin seeds in a colander to remove the pulp. Dry with a towel, or lay out onto a baking sheet to dry (this takes longer).

  3. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin seeds, and add in all the spices. You can use whichever spices and however much you want, it's all to preference.

  4. Evenly spread the pumpkin seeds on the sheet pan.

  5. Bake until the seeds are golden and toasted ~20-30 minutes. Flip and move around seeds every 7-10 minutes for even toasting.

  6. Let cool, and enjoy!
