Roasted Chickpeas

These spiced and crunchy chickpeas make a fun snack any time of the day.

Ingredients

~30 oz canned chickpeas, drained, rinsed, patted dry

2 tbs olive oil

2 tsp curry powder

1 tsp cayenne

2-3 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.

  2. Toss the chickpeas with oil, curry powder, cayenne and salt. You can use whatever spices you want.

  3. Spread out evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet bake until crispy and golden brown in color, about 35–40 minutes. Enjoy!
