Poke Bowl

For a simple poke bowl, throw together your choice of sushi grade fish and any sides or toppings you prefer.

Ingredients
½ lb sashimi-grade tuna, cubed
½ lb sashimi-grade salmon, cubed
2 stalks green onions, sliced
¼ sweet onion, thinly sliced
2 servings cooked Japanese short-grain rice
Seasonings
⅓ cup soy sauce
2 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs rice vinegar
Sriracha sauce
Instructions
Cut sashimi-grade salmon and tuna into bite size pieces. Thinly slice the green onions.
Place sushi into a large bowl and add in green onions and onion. Add sauce and toss.
Serve on rice or lettuce or a combo.
Garnish with green onions and / or tobiko, ginger, seaweed salad, seaweed bits, furikake, spicy mayo aioli, avocado, cucumber, wasabi, sesame seeds, or edamame. Enjoy!
