Napa Cabbage Stir Fry

This stir fry napa cabbage dish is quick, easy and tasty. Serve with some of our other sides to complete your dinner menu.

Ingredients
1 large napa cabbage
4-5 garlic cloves, minced
Chili flakes, optional
Green onions, thinly sliced
2 tbs canola
Sauce
4 tsp soy sauce
1 tbs Chinese black vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1 tbs oyster sauce
Thickening Agent
½ tbs cornstarch
1 tbs water
Instructions
In a medium bowl, add in the sauce ingredients, and stir well.
In another small mixing bowl, dissolve cornstarch in 1 tablespoon of water to make a slurry. Set aside.
In a large saute pan, add in canola oil over medium heat. Add in the garlic, chili flakes, and scallions, and cook for 1-2 minute. Then add in the cabbage and turn up the high heat. Stir well and let cook for 2 minutes.
Toss in the sauce and cook for another minute. Taste, and season if needed. Stir the cornstarch mixture and add in. Cook for an additional minute until it thickens.
Serve with warm rice! Enjoy!
